My love is amazing. Tonight, she made gluten-free beer-battered fish & onion rings for dinner -- yum! She had to tweak the batter a few times to get the consistency right as she deep-fried everything. But the results were fabulous once she did!

The batter on the onion rings and cod was nearly perfect: just enough to give flavor and texture, but not enough to be overly greasy or conceal the flavor of either the onions or the cod.
